These terms govern the use of the Kowka website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected based on your region. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Prices may be subject to local taxes depending on your shipping destination.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Chile (Americas/Rest of World) or Spain (Europe). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

4. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the product is in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

5. Warranty

All Kowka products include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or accidents.
